汽轮发电机机座二次灌浆质量问题及施工控制

摘要

为了确保汽轮发电机机座二次灌浆质量，从材料选用、基础模板的支设、浇筑前准备、灌浆料的搅拌及浇灌、养护等方面阐述了具体的质控措施，分析并归纳了每道工序的重点与要点，以做好施工过程控制工作，将隐患消除在可控范围内。%In order to ensure the grouting quality of turbo generator base secondary grouting,this paper elaborated the specific quality and control measures from material selection,foundation formwork support,pre pouring preparation,pouring materials mixing and pouring,maintenance and other aspect,analyzed and summarized the key points of each procedure,to do well the construction process control,eliminated the hidden dan-gers in controllable range.
