谈小型构件的预制工艺及质量控制

摘要

Through analyzing small unit precast problems,the paper discusses small unit precast technologies,points out concrete mixing,grou-ting,mold cleaning,small unit maintenance and mold dismantle and other quality control points,with a view to avoid various construction quality problems.%通过分析小型预制构件施工中存在的问题，对小型构件预制施工技术进行了论述，提出了混凝土拌合、浇筑、模具清理、小型构件养护、拆模等质量控制要点，以避免施工中各种质量问题的发生。
