关于工程造价的优化研究

;The paper analyzes the meaning for undertaking the management over the engineering cost,illustrates the cost control and management from the decision-making phase,design phase,implementation phase and bidding phase,and points out some strategies including the accurate calculation of engineering volume,the focus on the reasonable quota,and controlling price gaps of materials according to some problems in the optimal process of the engineering cost,so as to improve the management of engineering cost in enterprises.%分析了做好工程造价管理工作的重要意义，阐述了项目决策阶段、设计阶段、实施阶段以及招投标阶段的造价控制与管理要点，针对工程造价优化过程中存在的问题，提出了准确核实工程量、注重定额使用的合理性、把握材料的价格差距等解决策略，以提高企业的工程造价管理水平。
