市场经济条件下工程造价改革的探讨

The paper illustrates the necessity for the engineering cost reforms under the market-oriented economy,analyzes some problems in the bidding and engineering cost management,and introduces the measures for the reforms,so as to improve the cost management of enterprises and realizes the increasing benefits of enterprises.%阐述了市场经济条件下工程造价改革的必要性，分析了目前我国投标工作与工程造价管理存在的问题，介绍了工程造价改革的具体措施，从而提高企业的造价管理水平，实现企业的效益增长。
