人防工程与地下车库的平战结合设计思路

摘要

According to the design concept of combining peacetime and wartime,starting from three aspects of column network,fire-preventing region and entrance design,the paper discusses control points and matters of underground garage civil-air-defense design at various phases,so as to achieve rational layout and to meet wartime and peacetime demands.%依据“平战结构”的设计理念，从柱网、防火分区、口部设计三方面入手，对地下车库人防设计各阶段的控制点、注意事项等进行了论述，以合理布局，满足平时与战时的功能需要。
