试论知识管理在铁路运输组织管理中的应用

介绍了知识管理的意义，分析了知识管理系统的主要特性，对铁路运输企业进行知识管理的难点进行了研究，主要阐述了知识管理的方法和途径，指出推行知识管理不仅可以解决企业知识量少、知识分散、知识应用难等问题，还可以提升企业文化、管理层次及员工凝聚力。%The paper introduces the meaning of the knowledge management,analyzes the main features of its system,researches the difficulties in the knowledge management for the railway transportation enterprises,illustrates the management methods and channels,and points out its promo-tion will solve some problems in enterprises including the lack of knowledge and the insufficient application,and promote the enterprise culture, management hierarch and staff cohesion.
