摘要

Combining with the engineering examples,the paper introduces ten application activities of new techniques in architectural industry in-cluding the concrete technique,reinforcement and prestressed technique,mechanical and electrical installation engineering technique,and green construction technique,indicates their application of new techniques can promote the engineering quality,accelerate construction progress,and achieve better economic and social benefits.%结合工程实例，对混凝土技术、钢筋及预应力技术、机电安装工程技术、绿色施工技术等建筑业10项新技术应用活动进行了介绍，说明了建筑业新技术的应用可以提高工程质量，加快施工进度，同时可以获得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
