建筑工程施工过程的成本管理

摘要

Combining with the experience,the paper researches the cost management measures in the construction process of the architectural proiects,analyzes working points including the resources management in the construction process,engineering quantities and engineering cost bal-ance,constructing visa,and claim management,so as to enhance the inner management of enterprises and obtain respective interests for enterprises.%结合工作经验，对建筑工程施工过程的成本管理措施进行了研究，分析了施工过程资源管理、工程计量和工程价款结算、施工签证和索赔管理等工作要点，以加强企业内部管理，使企业获得相应的利润。
