对现阶段项目工会建设与作用发挥情况的分析

Combining with the actual case,this paper researched and analyzed the role of trade union construction proiect all work,including se-curity business performance,ensuring worker“safety and health”in effect,creating a“home”culture,accelerating the talent development etc. , pointed out that the primary trade union proiect had great promotion role to each work development.%结合实际案例，研究分析了工会组织在施工项目各项工作中所发挥的作用，包括保障经营成绩、保障职工“安全健康权”落在实处、营造“家”文化、促进人才成长等，指出项目基层工会组织对各项工作的开展有极大的推动作用。
