大坡度变径锥壳模板施工技术应用

摘要

结合工程实例，分析了大坡度变径锥壳模板施工工艺原理，主要对锥壳模板中心定位与标高控制、锥壳模板的制作、安装、确保锥壳架体支撑稳定性的措施进行了研究，并介绍了施工所用机械设备及施工的质量、安全、环保措施，以取得良好的社会经济效益。%Combining with an engineering example,this paper analyzed the construction technique principle of large gradient variable diameter conical shell template,mainly researched the conical shell template center location and elevation control,conical shell template production and installation,the measures ensured the stability of conical shell frame body support,and introduced the construction effect mechanical equipment and construction quality,safety,environmental protection measures,in order to obtain good social and economic benefits.
