The paper introduces the whirling well construction method in special circumstances,points out the retaining wall’s top-down con-struction method at the well is brand-new and practical with low construction cost,analyzes the operation points for the construction methods in the construction process,so as to accumulate experience for the well construction in the complicated environment,such as the continuous casting in the steelmaking.%介绍了在特殊情况下旋流井的施工方法，指出旋流井护壁逆作法施工方法新颖、实用，且施工成本低，并对该工法在施工过程中应注意的操作要点进行了详细分析，为在炼钢连铸等复杂环境中旋流井的施工积累了宝贵经验。
