This paper briefly elaborated the meaning of project management and the contains of main work,analyzed the important role of project team and people,and combining with the project management theory,summarized the method to improve the team construction level of project human resources,to enhance the enterprises competitiveness,thus promoted the healthy and orderly development of enterprises.%简要阐述了项目管理的含义及其包含的主要工作，分析了项目管理中团队与人所发挥的重要作用，并结合项目管理理论，总结了提高项目人力资源中团队建设水平的方法，以增强企业的竞争力，从而促进企业健康有序的发展。
