基于 PDCA 的建筑工程施工安全管理研究

摘要

This paper introduced the basic contents and main characteristics of PDCA cycle management model,combining with the present situa-tion of building engineering construction safety management,based on PDCA cycle management model,established the management system of construction safety management plan,implementation,inspection,assessment,had positive meaning to improve construction safety,ensure the construction quality.%介绍了 PDCA 循环管理模式的基本内容及主要特点，结合建筑工程施工安全管理的现状，基于 PDCA 循环管理模式，建立了施工安全管理计划、实施、检查、评估的管理体系，对提升施工安全、保障施工质量具有积极意义。
