谈高层建筑电气安装工程造价控制与管理

摘要

从项目审批、项目管理、技术管理三个角度分析了高层建筑电气安装工程造价的现状，对电气安装工程造价控制与管理的策略进行了研究，提出了完善造价控制体系、落实施工方案组织审核、控制施工设备与材料质量等措施。%The paper analyzes the status for the electronic installation engineering cost of high-rise buildings from the project examination and ap-proval,program management,and technical management,researches the management strategies for the engineering cost control of the project, and points out some measures to improve the cost control system,implement the construction scheme and organization,and control the quality of the construction equipment and materials.
