分析了经济转型时期太原市控制性详细规划编制的背景，阐述了控规分层编制的必要性，对控规编制体系、分层编制的功能定位、主要任务、完善方向等进行了研究，以保证城市在多变的市场环境下又好又快地发展。%This paper analyzed the compilation background of Taiyuan controlling detailed planning in economic transformation period,elaborated the necessity of regulatory layered establishment,researched the regulatory compilation system,the function orientation of hierarchical compila-tion,main tasks,perfect direction etc. ,to ensure the quickly and well development of city in changeful market environment.
