The paper analyzes the importance of building engineering cost information-based management from two aspects of application methods and technical mode. Through studying the application status of building engineering information-based management,it puts forward information-based management strategies,such as enhancing systematical dynamic,cross-using systems,and integrating operation mode with the system and so on.%从运用方式与技术模式两个角度分析了建筑工程造价信息化管理的重要性，通过研究建筑工程造价信息化管理的运用现状，提出了增强系统动态性、交叉使用各系统、将运行模式融合到系统中等信息化管理策略。
