基于“3E ”理论的建筑施工安全问题探讨

摘要

The paper analyzes five kinds of building engineering construction safety accidents including high fall accident,object strike,electric shock damage,machinery injury and collapsible,and explores safety countermeasures on the basis of 3E(Engineering,Education,Enforce-ment)theory of safety system project,with a view to fully guarantee construction safety.%对建筑工程施工常见的高处坠落、物体打击、触电伤害、机械伤害、坍塌倒塌五类安全事故进行了分析，并基于安全系统工程的3E（应用技术、教育、法治）理论，探讨了安全问题的应对策略，以充分保证施工的安全性。
