城市三维地籍技术的研究与进展

摘要

This paper introduces the new research achievements of the 3D cadaster from law and management and technology three aspects,dis-cusses the 3D cadaster visualization technology,and gives some suggestions for the establishment of the 3D cadastral system,point out the key of the cadastral management will turn from land use to space utilization in the future,the 3D cadaster is the trend.%从法律、管理和技术三个方面介绍了三维地籍技术的研究进展，探讨了三维地籍可视化技术，并提出了三维地籍系统建立的建议，指出未来地籍管理的核心将从土地利用转向空间利用，三维地籍是发展的趋势。
