摘要

阐述了费率招标的概念、适用条件以及范围，并结合某供热中心土建与安装项目就费率招标工程投资控制和风险防范的重点进行了探索和研究，以促进费率招标工作的有序开展。%The paper describes the identification,application conditions and scope of cost rate tender,explores and studies cost rate tender engi-neering investment control and risk preventing points of civil construction and installation project of the heating center,with a view to promote cost rate tender work orderly.
