工程招投标阶段的工程造价控制问题分析

The paper briefly introduces the significance of cost control at engineering bidding phase,analyzes current engineering cost problems at bidding phase,and puts forward effective measures of controlling engineering cost budget before project construction phase,which has importance meaning for saving funds,rationally using resources and building saving-style society.%简要介绍了工程招投标阶段控制造价的重要性，分析了当前招投标阶段中工程造价存在的问题，提出了在项目施工前期即招投标阶段进行工程造价预算控制的有效措施，对节约资金、合理利用资源、建设节约型社会等具有重要的意义。
