This paper analyzed the existing problems of water conservancy engineering project concrete construction from the concrete production, construction,technical and theoretical level,based on the causes of various reasons,put forward the concrete quality control measures,construc-tion scheme,concrete material supervision methods and other measures.%从混凝土生产、施工、技术与理论层面分析了水利工程项目混凝土施工存在的问题，基于各种问题的产生原因，提出了混凝土施工质量监管对策、施工方案以及混凝土材料监管办法等解决措施。
