The paper introduces the indoor and field measurement method of earthwork measures, analyzes the features and advantages of the three-dimension scanning technique in the measure, indicate the application of the technique in the earthwork measure, and explores the measure methods and data treatment, so as to enhance the development of the three-dimension laser scanning technique.%简单的介绍了土方测量的内外业测量方法，分析了三维扫描技术在土方测量中的特点及优点，并以实例说明了三维扫描技术在土方测量中的应用技术，探索了测量的方法和数据处理的方法，以促进三维激光扫描技术的推广。
