隧道衬砌质量缺陷结构安全性检算与评估

         

摘要

In light lining quality defect existing in tunnel construction, the paper classifies lining quality defects into four kinds according to sur-rounding rock degree and design thickness and other check-calculation conditions, and sets three kinds of working conditions for four kinds of lin-ing quality defects. By taking secondary-lining design thickness as working condition 1, taking actual secondary lining haunch measuring thick-ness as working condition 2, and taking one side of secondary arch top minimum thickness as working condition 3, it respectively carries out check-calculation and comparative analysis, so as to estimate and determine the structural safety.%针对某隧道施工中存在的衬砌质量缺陷,按围岩等级、设计厚度等检算条件将其分为四类,并对一、二、三、四类都分别设置三种工况,以二衬设计厚度为工况1,二衬拱腰实测厚度最小值为工况2,二衬拱顶一侧实测厚度最小值为工况3分别进行检算、对比分析,从而评估确定结构的安全性。
