基于老年人行为心理学的棚户区改造环境设计

摘要

通过对棚户区中老年人群的行为心理学研究，以及目前棚户区居民生活居住环境现状分析，本着棚户区改造的“惠民”原则，详细分析了老年人对棚户区改造过程中居住环境的行为心理需求，分别在建筑布局、公共设施、路网结构、绿化环境和交往空间等几方面，总结出了在规划建设中应为老年人做出的特殊改进之处。%In this paper, based on the psychology of behavior of elderly people in shanty towns, as well as the current squatters living environment present situation analysis, in shanty towns“Huimin” principle, for the elderly population of this special group to show concern, a detailed analy-sis of the elderly to there building of the squatter settlement in the living environment of the behavior mental demand, respectively in the architec-tural layout, public facilities, road network structure, greening the environment and communication space and so on several aspects, summed up the special improvement in planning and construction should be made for the elderly.
