关于工程施工成本管理及控制的研究

摘要

介绍了工程施工成本管理的概念及含义，对工程施工成本管理过程中常见的问题进行了分析，论述了其基本原则，并从六个方面阐述了提高工程施工成本管理的措施，指出成本管理与控制在整个建设施工项目中占有重要的地位。%This paper introduced the concept and meaning of engineering construction cost management,analyzed the common problems in engi-neering construction cost management process,discussed its basic principle,and from six aspects elaborated the measures for improving the engi-neering construction cost management,pointed out that the cost management and control occupied important position in whole construction project.
