谈我国建设项目环境影响评价发展新方向

摘要

This paper described the concept of construction project EIA,mainly introduced the development process and its work key points of China’s construction project EIA,discussed the technical procedure of construction project EIA under low carbon economy requirements,and pointed out that focus on greenhouse gas emissions and control under the background of low carbon economy would be a new direction for future construction project EIA development.%阐述了建设项目环评的概念，主要介绍了我国建设项目环评的发展历程及其工作重点，论述了低碳经济要求下建设项目环评的技术程序，并指出在低碳经济背景下注重温室气体的排放和控制将会是今后建设项目环评发展的新方向。
