The article studies the value of housing building energy-saving construction technology,explores basic principles needing following in housing building energy-saving construction,and analyzes roof,door and window,wall and other energy-saving technology application measures, so as to highly attend energy-saving concept and adapt to social development as well.%研究了房屋建筑节能施工技术的价值，对房屋建筑节能施工技术需要遵循的基本原则进行了探讨，分析了屋面、门窗、墙体等节能技术的应用措施，使企业高度重视节能理念，适应社会的发展。
