通过总结EPC火电项目设备招标经验，对招标采购人员的素质要求作了介绍，并阐述了设备招标的前期准备工作、技术规范书的编写、推荐名单的选择等，探讨了做好设备招标评标工作的策略，以期最大程度的为EPC总承包商创造社会和经济效益。%Through the summarizing the equipment bidding experience of EPC thermal power project,this paper introduced the quality require-ments of bidding and purchasing personnel,and described the preparatory work of equipment bidding,technical specification compilation,recom-mended list selection etc. ,discussed the strategy done well bidding and evaluation bidding work,to the greatest degree created the social and economic benefits for EPC general contractors.
