Through analyzing rubbish processing status at home and abroad,the paper explores domestic rubbish processing tendency,and com-pares merits and defects of rubbish landfill and burning from aspects of rubbish processing equipment location selection,dioxins producing condi-tions,stench producing conditions and percolated fluid processing and so on,which has provided beneficial basis for domestic rubbish burning tendency.%通过分析国内外垃圾处置的现状，探讨了国内垃圾处理的趋势，并从垃圾处理设施选址、二噁英产生情况、恶臭产生情况、渗滤液处理等方面分析比较了垃圾填埋与垃圾焚烧的优缺点，为垃圾焚烧将成为我国垃圾处理的大趋势提供有利的论据。
