超平工业地坪施工技术方案

摘要

以某大型物流中心超平混凝土地坪工程为例，通过对施工方案和工艺的优化研究，阐述了超平地坪长带状施工、变形缝处理、混凝土浇筑、保养等关键施工技术，最终达到了超平耐磨地坪的质量标准和高品质地坪的要求，从而满足了业主使用功能需要。%Taking superflat concrete floor engineering of the large-scale logistic center,through studying construction scheme and technology opti-mization,the paper describes critical superflat floor construction technologies including stripped construction,deformation cracks treatment,con-crete grouting and maintenance,and achieves the superflat floor quality criteria and high-quality floor demands,and meets owners’utilization de-mands.
