小半径短翼缘箱梁横向梯度温度作用分析与对策

         

摘要

Based on project instance of non-motor vehicle bridge, considering the characteristic of the small radius curve continuous box girder with short flanges, calculated the internal forces and support reactions of box girder under the action of the transverse temperature gradient, com-parison and analysis of the internal forces and support reactions of box girder under constant loads, temperature effects, the role of the vertical temperature gradient, etc. Found that the transverse bending moment and radial force value of the box girder is very large under the action of the transverse temperature gradient. Proposed the following design countermeasures:increasing the bar diameter of the longitudinal distribution steel of the outer box girder webs, setting anti-climb shift stopper, with full anti-torsion support, setting reasonable span.%依托某非机动车道桥工程实例,结合小半径曲线上短翼缘连续箱梁特点,计算了箱梁在横向梯度温度作用下的内力与支反力,并与恒载作用、温度作用、竖向梯度温度作用等情况下箱梁内力与支反力进行对比分析,指出箱梁在横向梯度温度作用下,横向弯矩与径向支反力数值很大,并提出了增大箱梁外侧腹板纵向分布钢筋直径、设置抗爬移挡块、采用全抗扭支撑和设置合理桥梁跨径等设计对策。
