土压平衡盾构机适应性改造技术

摘要

结合具体工程实例，对刀盘及耐磨性能、管片拼装系统、渣土改良系统、污水输送系统等盾构设备的各种改造技术进行了详细分析，以满足施工要求，降低盾构掘进对环境的影响。%Combining with the project examples, the paper mainly analyzes all kinds of reconstruction techniques for the shielding equipment from the cutter, wear-resisting performance, lining segment assembling, residue earth system, and sewage transporting system, so as to meet the con-struction demand and lower the influence of the shield jacking on environment.
