AHP principle was elaborated in this paper. According to Preliminary Architectural Design 2 characteristics, AHP was applied to teaching performance evaluation. the results showed that:the use of AHP can be qualitative and quantitative to make an accurate assessment of each task performance weight, at the same time, by introducing AHP experiments in Preliminary Architectural Design 2 course teaching practice, it can make the teacher give an objective assessment of student achievement, enable teachers to have plenty of reasons to explain the source and basis of grades to the students.%阐述了层次分析法基本原理,结合贵州大学建筑与城市规划专业《建筑设计初步二》特点,将层次分析法引入教学成绩评定中,结果表明:运用层次分析法能够定性与定量相结合地对各子课题成绩权重做出准确评价,同时通过在规划设计课程中引入层次分析法确定子课题权重,能使教师较客观地评价学生的成绩,也使教师能够有充足的理由向学生解释成绩的来源与依据。
