The paper analyzes the feasibility of the iron tailing concrete, indictes the resaerch status of the iron tailing concrete and main research results, sums up its problems in the application, and points out the comprehensive utilities of the concrete, so as to provide some prospect for the research on related fields.%简要分析了铁尾矿砂应用于混凝土的可行性，概括叙述了铁尾矿砂混凝土的研究现状及主要研究成果，总结了铁尾矿砂混凝土应用中存在的问题，并提出了铁尾矿砂混凝土综合利用方面的展望，可以为相关领域研究提供一定的参考。
