控制性详细规划编制的几点思考

According to the compilation and practice for the East Part project along Renmin South Road in Yuncheng, the paper illustrates the three important latitudes in the controlling detailed planning in aged regions, including questionnaire design and investigation, design for key routes and reconstruction model of villages in cities, so as to make the planning more scientific and operable.%通过对运城市人民南路以东片区项目的编制和实践，阐述了老城区控制性详细规划的三个重要纬度：问卷设计与调查、重点地段城市设计和城中村改造模式，以提高规划的科学性和操作性。
