国内投资建设管理共性问题及改进措施

摘要

This paper made research according to existing six common problems in investment construction project management of some domestic development zones,mainly including the approval procedures were not complete,tendering procedures were not perfect,construction management not in place to perform their duties etc. ,and analyzed the solutions from the early stage of project construction,the implementation stage,the set-tlement stage,in order to improve the management level of investment construction projects.%针对国内部分开发区投资建设项目管理中存在的六大共性问题进行了研究，主要包括前期报批手续不齐全、招标投标程序不完善、建设管理履职不到位等，并从项目建设前期阶段、实施阶段、结算阶段分析了解决措施，以提高投资建设项目管理水平。
