新版绿色建筑评价标准节材分析与建议

摘要

对比分析了新版和2006版《绿色建筑评价标准》，筛选了两者的异同点，并针对沿用条款和新增条款的适用性和实现难易程度进行了详细解析，最后给出了住宅建筑设计阶段评价的条款选择建议，为新版绿色建筑评价标准实施后，绿色建筑的设计和申报提供参考。%This paper made comparative analysis on the new edition and 2006 edition Green Building Evaluation Standard,screened out the simi-larities and differences between them,and carried detailed analysis according to the applicability and difficulty degree of new terms and used terms,finally gave the terms selection suggestion in residential building design stage evaluation,provided reference for the design and application of green building after new edition Green Building Evaluation Standard implementation.
