商业激发和文化导向下的旧城保护与更新对策

摘要

在介绍旧城更新的基础上，通过分析国内外旧城改造思路，对番禺市桥先锋巷及周边地区保护改造进行了研究，阐述了旧城改造的对策及规划方案，以激发旧区的生机和活力。%Based on the introduction of the reconstruction of old cities,the paper analyzes the reconstruction ideas for old cities at home and a-broad,researches the protection and reconstruction of Shiqiaoxianfeng Lane and surrounding areas in Fanyu,and illustrates the strategies and planning schemes for the old cities,so as to activate old districts.
