建设项目工程造价控制的研究与应用

Taking some architectural project as the example,the paper analyzes the program cost management principle,and discusses the factual engineering cost management methods,so as to reduce the expenses of projects with the premise of ensuring the engineering quality,progress and safety.%以某建筑项目工程为例，在分析该项目成本系统管理原则的基础上，深入研讨了具体的工程造价管理方法，以期在保证工程质量、进度和安全的前提下，减少工程的费用支出。
