Taking the deaerator hoisting of No. 2 Guojin Power Plant in Wenshui of Shanxi as research object,the paper indicates the conditions and preparation before the deaerator hoisting,indicates factual hoisting methods according to its craft principle,and undertakes the theoretic cal-culation and correction of the hoisting scheme,so as to improve its own mechanical usage ratio and efficiency.%以山西文水国金电厂2号机组除氧器吊装工程为研究内容，简述了除氧器吊装前应具备的条件和准备工作，根据除氧器穿装的工艺原理，对具体的穿装方法作了论述，并对除氧器吊装方案进行了理论计算及校核，提高了自有机械的利用率和使用效率。
