利用 BIM 技术实施土建施工过程成本控制案例分析

结合张家港某发展大厦工程实例，从工程量获取、碰撞检查、进度计划、成本数据导入、多算对比五方面，阐述了利用BIM技术进行施工过程成本控制的措施，指出BIM技术具有可视化、协调性、可出图等优点，为成本控制提供了便利条件。%Combining with a development building engineering in Zhangjiagang,from the engineering quantity acquisition,collision checking, schedule,cost data import,a number of comparative five aspects,described the measures using BIM technology to carry out the cost control, pointed out that the BIM technology with visualization,coordination,plot and other advantages,could provide convenient conditions to cost control.
