谈建筑工程风险管理

摘要

基于建筑工程风险的概念及特点，分析了建筑工程风险的类型与产生原因，从风险预测、风险衡量评价、风险处理等方面，阐述了建筑工程风险管理的策略，旨在最大限度地减小或规避风险造成的损失。%Based on the concept and characteristics of construction engineering risk,this paper analyzed the types and causes of construction en-gineering risk,from the risk prediction,risk measurement evaluation,risk treatment and other aspects,elaborated the strategies of construction engineering risk management,aimed at maximum limit to reduce or avoid the loss caused by the risk.
