建筑工程施工管理中的成本控制探讨

摘要

分析了建筑工程企业工作人员对施工成本控制的重要作用，从工程合同、施工材料、质量管理等方面，阐述了建筑工程施工成本控制的具体措施，并总结了工程变更结算及竣工结算的注意事项，从而达到降低施工成本，提高经济效益的目的。%This paper analyzed the important role of construction engineering enterprise staff to construction cost control,from the engineering contract,construction materials,quality management and other aspects,elaborated the specific measures of construction engineering construction cost control,and summarized the matters needing attention of engineering change settlement and completion settlement,so as to reduce the con-struction cost,improved the economic benefits.
