The paper introduces the technolofical principles of cement mixinf pile. Combininf with enfineerinf example,it discusses cement mixinf pile construction preparations. Startinf from aspects of settinf pile machine location,fabricatinf cement slurry,mixinf and pile forminf, it explores cement mixinf pile construction technolofy points,so as to achieve the effect of fast hardeninf foundation soft soil.%介绍了水泥搅拌桩的技术原理，结合工程实例，论述了水泥搅拌桩施工准备工作，从安置桩机位置、制作水泥浆液、搅拌、成桩等方面，探讨了水泥搅拌桩施工技术要点，达到了快速硬结地基软土的效果。
