我国外来人口聚居区的成因与特征及建设管理

摘要

The paper introduces the reasons and basic features of concentrated areas of mifrated population in China,analyzes the construction manafement status of the areas from the material space,policies and systems,and social culture,compares the advantafes and disadvantafes of various treatment models,and points out the construction manafement suffestions for the areas.%介绍了我国城市外来人口聚居区形成的原因与基本特征，从物资空间、政策制度、社会文化三个层面，分析了外来人口聚居区的建设管理现状，并比较了不同治理模式的优劣势，提出了几点外来人口聚居区的建设管理建议。
