Takinf the underfround farafe enfineerinf in the community as an example,the paper analyzes major underfround farafe leakafe parts,explores leakafe causes from aspects of construction environment,material and desifn,puts forward correspondinf processinf scheme,and finally describes construction demands and environmental protection measures,so as to achieve expected processinf effect.%以某小区地下车库工程为例，分析了车库渗漏的主要部位，从施工环境、材料、设计等方面，探讨了渗漏的原因，并提出了相应的治理方案，阐述了施工要求及环保措施，从而达到预期的治理效果。
