The PaPer introduces the external wall anti-leakage PrinciPles of high-rise residential building. Combining with Wuyi Lvzhou engineer-ing in Fuzhou as an examPle,starting from asPects of masonry construction,cement-mortar mixing ProPortion,alkali resistant fiber gridding cloth, it describes the external wall anti-leakage construction management measures of high-rise residential building,with a view to guarantee utilization functions of high-rise residential building.%介绍了高层住宅外墙防渗漏的原理，结合福州市武夷绿洲工程实例，从砌体施工、砂浆配比、耐碱纤网格布布置等方面，阐述了高层住宅外墙防渗漏施工管理措施，以保证高层住宅的使用功能。
