The PaPer introduces the design PrinciPle for the silt foundation treatment,exPlores the treatment design for the soft soil foundation and its calculation methods,and Points out the quality control measures for the PiPe Pile construction,so as to Provide some reference for the Pres-tressed PiPe Pile construction in silt areas.%介绍了淤泥质地基处理的设计原则，探讨了软土地基处理设计方法以及受力计算方法，并提出了管桩施工质量控制措施，以期为淤泥质地区预应力混凝土管桩施工提供借鉴。
