分析了哈尔滨市地下空间的发展现状与动力，从整体布局、轨道交通、市政设施等方面，阐述了哈尔滨市地下空间的开发对策，以充分利用城市空间资源，缓解城市开发压力。%The PaPer analyzes the develoPment and dynamics of the underground sPace in Harbin,and illustrates the develoPment strategies for the underground sPace in Harbin from the integrated layout,rail traffic,and municiPal facilities,so as to have the full use of the urban sPace re-sources and relieve the urban develoPment Pressure.
