Combining with Kehui Mansion of Caohejing part of Shanghai,the paper introduces the construction procedure for the embedded glass curtain construction,illustrates the installation technique of the curtain wall glass and aluminum plates,and accumulates the safety management for the installation,so as to accumulate some experience for similar engineering construction.%结合上海市漕河泾科汇大厦工程实例，介绍了内嵌式玻璃幕墙施工流程，阐述了幕墙玻璃与铝板的安装技术，并总结了安装作业中的安全管理要点，为同类工程施工积累了经验。
